When the sun breaks through the normal winter overcast, it brings out the beautiful color we often seem to miss at this time of the year. Somehow the camera helps to focus my attention to these subtle details.

Sometimes, in all of winter's dreariness, we have to be reminded to look.
I love the colors on the reeds and the snow. Commonplace things but an uncommon picture.
beautiful reminder of what we have to look forward to...when the warmer weather starts to creep in...and the wintry browns start to turn to bright sunny colors!
