A Bright Day

The storm has passed, the new fallen snow is bright and clean. There is still a chill in the air but the birds sound happy.

Snow always looks so pretty...when you are not shoveling it or driving in it. On the trees and gardens. Perfection.

Yeah, I was so surprised to look out my kitchen window and see all of those robins, there must've been 15 or so...and what does a robin eat in the winter, wormcicles...I sure haven't seen them around my feeders or the seed I toss on the ground. Poor lil' lost critters...or maybe they do know sumthin...???

Stay warm up there...can't force myself to go outside...it's winter out there!!!

There is even one chickadee on the extreme left side of the platform feeder.

The weather today is clear, and quite warm. It might even go above freezing though show is in the forecast for tonight.
